We’re confident that our users will treat your tools as if it were theirs,
with respect and care. Just in case, an appropriate security deposit amount
will be held on the tool renter’s credit card during the payment proces until the item is returned to the owner’s satisfactory.

Users are encouraged to review tools or equipment operating manual and excise
cautions if not familiar with the tools. The tool owner is responsible to
provide guidance for use if requested and only rent tools and equipment that
are safe to operate. It is the renter responsibility to inspect the tools and
equipment prior to taking possession of the tool or equipment.

Be sure to review our Terms of Service. BLDT is not responsible for any injury that my occures to either party. If this occures, it is the renter and the owner tool to resolve the issue.

In the event the tool is not returned to the owner as per the scheduled that was agreed on, the renter’s credit card will be charged for the full security deposit amount.
